Acceptys, Inc. has entered into a transaction with Patrys Limited, pursuant to which Patrys has acquired from Acceptys rights to human antibody technologies and a pipeline of human anti-cancer antibodies.  Acceptys, Inc. has received an equity investment from Patrys with which it will continue to advance its natural human antibody programs in infectious diseases.  Please see the press release.
